Keller ball joints replace the weakest link in a stock UTV front end: the snap ring. An OEM ball joint is held in the A-arm by a thin retaining clip, and a hard landing or a big tire can push the joint straight past it. Keller's two-piece design threads the housing into the A-arm like a nut and bolt, so there is nothing to pop out under load.
Why Riders Switch To Keller
No snap ring, so no snap ring failure
Two-piece threaded housing that locks into the A-arm
Hardened chromoly steel studs
Greaseable and rebuildable, so a worn joint is serviced rather than replaced
Built for machines running lift kits, oversized tires and portals
Standard Keller vs Mega Keller
Both use the same threaded two-piece principle. The difference is size and what it asks of your machine.
Standard Keller — the original design. Bolts into unmodified A-arms. The right choice for most builds.
Mega Keller — oversized housing and stud for the highest strength available. Requires modification of your A-arms to fit. Intended for heavily built machines and experienced or professional installation.
If you are not modifying your A-arms, you want the standard Keller joint.

Choosing The Right Keller Ball Joint
Check three things before you order: your exact model and year, whether you need uppers, lowers or a full set, and whether your A-arms are modified for Mega housings. Ball joints wear as a set, so riders replacing one on a high-hour machine usually do all four at once. Pair a fresh set with new boots if the originals have been letting water in.
