Returns and Cancellations
Refund Policy
Need to return a recently purchased item? No problem! We accept returns up to 30 days from the date your product is shipped to you. All items must be in new and unused condition and include the manufacturer’s original packaging. Returns not meeting these conditions will be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Shipping
If by chance, we shipped the incorrect product, we will cover the shipping cost with a pre-paid shipment return label that will be sent to you via the email you provided on the order. We cannot guarantee a full reimbursement if you choose to use your own shipping method to return a product that we have shipped in error.
Returns MUST be in new and unused condition and include the manufacturer’s original product packaging. Please do not use the manufacturer’s packaging as the shipping container for the return. Doing so will likely damage the manufacturer’s packaging and the item will no longer be considered in new and unused condition. All returns that do not meet these criteria will be subject to a restocking fee based on the value of the product as determined by Dunes 2 Dezert SXS, or we may deny the return.
We strongly recommend that you insure all return items for the retail value of the item(s) being returned. If damages occurs during return shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier for damage reimbursement.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue credit to the original form of payment, minus the cost of shipping. There are no refunds on shipping fees. We reserve the right to withhold up to 3% for processing fees charged to us by our banking institution for returned items. Please allow 3-5 business days for credit to appear on your account. This may vary depending on your banking institution.
We do not exchange products. We will issue a refund for the product (s), create a new order for the replacement product(s), and collect payment for the new products.
Dune Dollars earned from a purchase will be deducted from your account upon the return.
Exclusions and Restocking Fees
Electrical products, custom ordered, or powder coated products, transmissions, and differentials are non-returnable.
Scratched, dented, or damaged items may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee to be determined by Dunes 2 Dezert SXS.
Damaged and/or Missing Parts
If Package Protection was declined at the time of purchase, Dunes 2 Dezert SXS is not liable for any return, replacement, or reimbursement of the damaged item(s). In this event it is the customer’s responsibility to work with the carrier to find a resolution.
If you opted for Package Protection at the time of purchase, and your item has been damage, lost, or stollen, all return communications must be done through the Package Protection provider.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped are eligible for cancellation. If your order has shipped, we can help you return it after it has been delivered.
