Shipping Policy

Shipping

Most orders ship from our warehouse in Imperial, California. Some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers depending on your location and stock on hand. Our goal is to provide you with quality products at reasonable rates. In some cases, it may prove more economical to ship directly from our supplier or partner warehouses depending on your location.

If the item you ordered is in stock, it will generally ship the same or following business day. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will ship the available products to you and contact you to determine if you would prefer to have the product(s) backordered or if you would prefer us to process a refund.

Please contact us for expedited shipping requests. Information on our website related to expedited shipping may not be an accurate portrayal of the associated costs and timelines. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email (to the email provided at checkout) once your order has shipped. This email will contain tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We offer free ground shipping on most non-oversized orders that total $250 or more, within the contiguous United States. Ground Shipping times may vary, but typically takes 3-7 business days to reach our customers, depending on the location. Exclusions include orders containing oversized items as well as other miscellaneous items. Shipping will be calculated at checkout on items that do not qualify for free shipping. Some shipping rates may need to be handled via phone.

In addition to shipping directly from vast warehouse inventory, we also ship from over 30 warehouses across the nation as well as direct from many of the manufacturers that we carry. Where possible, we will always ship products from the nearest location to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Please note some products ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping. Some products ship for free or for a fixed rate. Payment for shipping is collected at the time of purchase unless otherwise noted.

Oversized Products

We do our best to calculate shipping charges at the time of checkout for all orders containing oversized items. Some exceptions may apply, and we will contact you with any items that require

further resolution. It’s important to note that we typically charge less than most of the manufacturers and our competitors on shipping costs for oversized items.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Post Office Box (P.O. BOX) Ship-To Addresses

In most instances, we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box due to the size and weight of the shipment. We recommend and ask that you provide a physical ship-to address at checkout. If you provide a P.O. Box in the “ship-to”, you may experience a delay in the processing of your order while we attempt to contact you for a physical address.

Package Protection

Our Package Protection Program (optional) covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that fit the following criteria. Review the policies to understand what lost, stolen, and damaged items Dunes 2 Dezert SXS will cover.

If Package Protection is not selected, Dunes 2 Dezert SXS is not liable for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
