RPM E-Valve: A Cut-Out Exhaust You Control From the Dash
Many RPM exhaust systems are offered with an E-Valve mid pipe or E-Valve muffler. A switch-activated valve keeps the machine quieter for trailheads and neighborhoods, then opens a straight-through path when you want full sound. Wiring and switch contents vary by kit, so check what each E-Valve listing includes.
Mufflers, Desert Series and Race Pipes
RPM's range runs from sport and chambered mufflers that stay closer to stock volume, through Desert Series and full 3-inch systems, to muffler-delete race pipes, big-mouth mid pipes and big-core head pipes for maximum flow. Spark arrestor and quiet core inserts, exhaust tips, gaskets, clamps and heat blankets are listed here too.
RPM Exhaust FAQs
Is RPM SXS the same as RPM Powersports?
Yes. RPM SXS is the name RPM Powersports uses for its online store, so an RPM SXS exhaust and an RPM Powersports exhaust come from the same company.
Does an RPM exhaust need a tune?
It depends on the machine and system. RPM rates many of its systems on the stock tune and recommends a matching ECU flash on others. Follow the tuning notes on each product page.
Do RPM exhausts include a spark arrestor?
Not always. Many RPM mufflers use a larger outlet that accepts a separate RPM spark arrestor or quiet core insert. Check the included parts on your system and the rules where you ride.
Which RPM exhaust is the quietest?
RPM's chambered and sport mufflers are its quieter options, and an E-Valve setup lets you run quiet until you open the valve. Race pipes and muffler deletes are the loudest.
