The RPM 3" E-Valve is the big brother to our popular 2.5" system, engineered to deliver unmatched exhaust flow, throttle response, and turbo sound at the flick of a switch. Featuring RPM’s high-performance Big Mouth Cat Delete design, this TIG-welded stainless steel system maintains 3" of uninterrupted diameter through the E-Valve, reducing back pressure and maximizing airflow – all while seamlessly connecting to stock or aftermarket mufflers via a custom 2.5" gasket flange.

Activate the E-Valve with the included orange backlit switch, and you’ll immediately unleash a throaty turbo note, 500+ more RPMs, and an estimated 6–7 HP gain, even on a stock tune. Flip the switch off, and enjoy the comfort of a near-stock sound profile—perfect for trails, neighborhoods, or stealthy returns to basecamp.
