The AJK Offroad weld washer keeps tab holes from wallowing out and is a must for link bars.

Each weld washer has a 1.25 or 1.50-inch outside diameter and your choice of inside diameter: 1/2, 9/16, 3/4 or 1.0 inch, or 10, 12 or 14 mm. They are CNC machined from American-made 1018 steel with a large weld chamfer on one side and flat on the other, so you can weld either way. Weld them onto thinner tabs to keep the tab hole from wallowing out. Sold individually; a 10 pack is also available.
