The AJK Offroad clamp-style tubing hinge uses a lock nut on the shoulder bolt so you can set the hinge resistance for SXS doors and tire carriers.
AJK CNC machines its tubing hinges from 1018 steel and uses a hardened 1/2-inch shoulder bolt as the pivot pin for great wear resistance; each rotates 180 degrees and has a weld chamfer to fit inside the tube. The lock nut lets you tighten the hinge to the right resistance. Designed for 1.50 or 1.75-inch OD tubing with a 0.120-inch wall.
