The AJK Offroad interlocking tubing disconnect lets you remove tubing to reach the motor or transmission and fits 1.50 or 1.75-inch OD tubing with a 0.120-inch wall.
It locks together at three points, and the insert end has a large weld chamfer and enough length to align properly in the tube. AJK makes every interlocking disconnect from 1018 steel bought from US companies, drilled and tapped to standard bolt specs. Two 3/8-16 socket head cap screws start from the same side, so you can mount it close to the components you protect. Sold individually; a 2-pack is also available.
