CV Kit

In stock

SuperATV Rhino 2.0 Kawasaki Replacement CV Joint Kit. Replacement CV joints for Kawasaki Teryx 6 inch lift kit Rhino 2.0 axles and KRX 1000 rear Rhino 2.0 axles, sold one CV end per kit and matched to your axle part number. SuperATV builds each kit for its own Rhino 2.0 axles, so the fit matches the shaft it rides on.

Every SuperATV Rhino 2.0 axle takes a specific inner and outer CV joint kit. Find the part number printed on your axle shaft, look it up in the Fitment table below, and order the kit for the end you are rebuilding. Pair it with the matching boot kit if the old boot is torn.

This Kawasaki CV joint kit rebuilds one end of a SuperATV Rhino 2.0 axle. KRX CV joint and Teryx CV joint replacements are matched by axle part number below. Each cv joint kit, or cv joint replacement kit, is one CV end: an outer CV joint for the lifted Teryx fronts, or an inner CV joint for the Teryx lift rear and KRX 1000 rears. It is the Rhino CV joint replacement that keeps a UTV CV joint failure from costing a whole axle; these UTV CV joints fit Rhino 2.0 axles only.

FAQ

Where do I find my axle part number?

SuperATV prints the part number on the axle shaft. Match it to the table in the Fitment section to see which inner and outer kit your axle uses.

Does one CV joint kit rebuild both ends of the axle?

No. Each kit is one CV end, inner or outer. The Fitment table lists the inner and outer kit for every axle.

Will this kit fit an OEM or other-brand axle?

SuperATV designs these kits for its Rhino 2.0 axles only. Match your SuperATV axle part number before ordering.

Do I need a new boot with the CV joint kit?

SuperATV supplies a boot with its CV joint kits. If you only need a boot on a healthy joint, order the matching SuperATV boot kit instead.

When should I replace the whole axle instead?

If the shaft is bent or twisted, or both ends are worn, a complete axle is usually the better fix. If one joint is worn and the shaft is straight, a CV joint kit is the cheaper repair.

Why SuperATV

SuperATV designs, engineers, manufactures and tests its axles and axle service parts in-house. Each kit is built for a specific SuperATV axle family, so the boot, clamps and grease match the CV joint they protect.
