SuperATV Rhino 2.0 Big Lift Kit Axles are extended-length front and rear axles for the 2016-2021 Polaris RZR XP Turbo and XP 4 Turbo running the RZR XP Turbo 10" Lift Kit. SuperATV rates them 100% stronger than stock, with a 4mm larger shaft and maximized CVs built to handle the angles of a 10" lift.

High-strength 4340 chromoly is heat treated to SuperATV's formula for strength and longevity, and the shaft is designed to flex and return rather than pass shock into the differential. Choose Front or Rear; each axle is sold individually.

These rzr xp turbo lift kit axles are sized for a 10" rzr xp turbo lift kit or polaris rzr xp turbo lift kit, including the rzr xp 4 turbo lift kit. If you are running a rzr turbo lift kit at 10", stock rzr xp turbo axles and rzr turbo axles will not reach, so these rzr turbo 10 inch lift kit axles are the fix for a lifted rzr xp turbo or polaris rzr xp turbo.

FAQ

Do these fit a stock-height RZR XP Turbo?

No. SuperATV says they only work with the RZR XP Turbo 10" Lift Kit. For stock height, see our Polaris RZR XP Turbo Rhino 2.0 listing.

Do they fit the RZR XP 4 Turbo?

Yes. SuperATV lists the 2016-2021 RZR XP Turbo and XP 4 Turbo.

Do I have to grind anything on a Turbo?

Possibly. SuperATV says the rear axles may need minor grinding on Turbo models: its instruction sheet shows grinding the rib on the passenger side of the transmission to leave at least a 2mm (.078") gap. The sheet is linked below.

Are front and rear the same part?

No. Front (AX01-027F-2) and rear (AX01-017R2) are different axles, sold individually.

Do they work with ABS?

No. SuperATV lists these axles as not compatible with Anti-Lock Brake Systems (ABS).

What warranty do they carry?

SuperATV backs Rhino 2.0 axles with an 18-month warranty, longer than the one-year norm SuperATV cites for the industry.
