SuperATV Rhino 2.0 axles are heavy-duty front and rear replacements for the 2024+ Polaris RZR XP and RZR XP 4. Instead of replacing a popped axle with another OEM part that will quit again, Rhino 2.0 axles are bigger, stronger and more durable than stock, rated by SuperATV at nearly two times the strength.

SuperATV paid special attention to the CV joint, the most common failure point: Rhino 2.0 CVs have high articulation angles and run cool. Chromoly steel and bigger-than-stock shafts round out the formula. They are sold individually: choose Front or Rear.

These RZR XP axles fit the 2024+ machine, so a RZR XP axle here is not the older XP 1000 part. Polaris RZR XP axles and RZR XP 4 axles are sold as the RZR XP front axle and the RZR XP rear axle, and owners searching 2024 RZR XP axles get the same parts. These Rhino 2.0 RZR XP axles are a chromoly RZR XP CV axle for any RZR axle replacement on the new XP.

FAQ

Do these fit the older RZR XP 1000?

No. This listing is for the 2024+ RZR XP and XP 4. Earlier XP 1000 models use a different Rhino 2.0 axle.

Do they fit the RZR XP 4?

Yes. SuperATV lists the 2024+ RZR XP and RZR XP 4.

Why focus on the CV joint?

SuperATV calls the CV joint the most common failure point on any axle, so Rhino 2.0 CVs are built for high articulation angles and to run cool.

How much stronger are they?

SuperATV rates them at nearly two times the strength of stock.

Are front and rear the same part?

No. Front (AX-1-102-F-0-DT) and rear (AX-1-102-R-0-DT) are different axles, sold individually.

What warranty do they carry?

SuperATV backs Rhino 2.0 axles with an 18-month warranty, longer than the one-year norm SuperATV cites for the industry.

Why SuperATV

SuperATV designs, engineers, manufactures and tests its Rhino 2.0 axles in-house, using CAD analysis, lab testing and real-world trail testing before release. Every Rhino 2.0 axle is backed by SuperATV's 18-month warranty, longer than the one-year norm SuperATV cites for the industry.
