The SuperATV 4" GDP Portal Gear Lift for the 2024+ Polaris RZR XP and RZR XP 4 lifts the machine at the hubs and adds a 15% or 30% gear reduction. Choose cast or 6061 billet aluminum housings and single or dual idler gearing to match how you ride.
Because the gear reduction sits in the hub, your axles, differential, prop shaft and transmission work less and wear more slowly.

FAQ
Which machines does this fit?
The 2024 and newer Polaris RZR XP and RZR XP 4. Confirm your exact model before ordering.
Which gear reduction should I choose?
Choose 30% for more low-end torque with big tires in mud and rocks, or 15% if you prefer high-speed riding.
What tire size can I run?
On stock suspension the manufacturer lists 35-inch tires with single idlers and 36-inch with dual idlers. Larger sizes are listed with a 3-inch lift kit or offset A-arms, up to 38-inch (single) and 40-inch (dual).
What wheels do I need?
14 inch or larger wheel, no more than 5 inch backspacing, not compatible with dual beadlock wheels, and a center hole of at least 3.25 in (82.55 mm) or a 1 inch wheel spacer
What is the difference between single and dual idler gears?
Dual idler portals add a second idler gear in each portal box, which spreads the load over twice the gear surface for the strongest gear set. Single idler is the lower-cost option.
