SuperATV Rhino 2.0 axles are heavy-duty front and rear replacements for the 2015-2020 Polaris RZR S 900. Nearly two times stronger than stock, they let you hit harder trails with the pedal floored. As SuperATV puts it, they roll where stock snaps.

Between high articulation angles and all-chromoly construction, Rhino 2.0 axles are built to take your RZR anywhere. Puncture-resistant CV boots and cool-running joints add durability. They are sold individually: choose Front or Rear.

These RZR 900S axles (Polaris RZR S 900 axles, or RZR S 900 axles) are sold as the RZR 900S front axle and the RZR 900S rear axle. Owners of 2015 RZR 900S axles, including anyone shopping a 2015 RZR 900S front axle or 2015 RZR 900S rear axle, get the same parts through 2020. These Rhino 2.0 axles RZR 900S owners order are SuperATV's chromoly RZR CV axle for the S platform.

FAQ

Why do RZR S 900 axles break?

Stock axles tend to snap when the trail gets rough and the pedal is floored. Rhino 2.0 axles are 4340 chromoly with a 4mm larger shaft and are rated by SuperATV at nearly twice the strength of stock.

Do they fit the RZR Trail S 900?

No. SuperATV sells a separate Rhino 2.0 axle for the 2021+ RZR Trail S 900.

What makes Rhino 2.0 stronger than stock?

SuperATV combines end-to-end 4340 chromoly, a proprietary heat treatment, larger shafts and larger CV joints, with puncture-resistant boots.

Do they work with ABS?

No. SuperATV lists these axles as not compatible with Anti-Lock Brake Systems (ABS).

Which OEM part numbers do they replace?

SuperATV lists front 1333263 and 1333946, and rear 1333081 and 1333947.

What warranty do they carry?

SuperATV backs Rhino 2.0 axles with an 18-month warranty, longer than the one-year norm SuperATV cites for the industry.
