SuperATV Rhino 2.0 axles are heavy-duty front and rear replacements for the 2015-2018 Polaris RZR 4 900 and 2018 RZR S4 900. The 4 900 rolls through ditches and over logs easily, at least until you blow an axle. Rhino 2.0 axles are nearly two times stronger than stock and keep you moving forward.

Tip to tip, Rhino 2.0 uses an all-chromoly construction with bigger shafts and CV joints, and the joints stay cool even at high articulation angles. SuperATV also notes they are built to break before your expensive differential does. They are sold individually: choose Front or Rear.

These RZR 4 900 axles (also Polaris RZR 4 900 axles and RZR S4 900 axles) are sold as the RZR 4 900 front axle and the RZR 4 900 rear axle. If you are shopping RZR 900 axles or Polaris RZR 900 axles for the four-seat model, this is the matching set, and the RZR 900 rear axle here is a Polaris RZR 900 rear axle replacement in chromoly from SuperATV's line of Rhino 2.0 RZR axles.

FAQ

Why do RZR 4 900 axles break?

The 4 900 has plenty of power, and stock axles tend to blow out on rough trails. Rhino 2.0 axles are 4340 chromoly with a 4mm larger shaft and are rated by SuperATV at nearly twice the strength of stock.

Do they fit the RZR S4 900?

Yes. SuperATV lists the 2018 RZR S4 900 along with the 2015-2018 RZR 4 900.

Will a stronger axle hurt my differential?

SuperATV says it designed these axles to break before your expensive differential does.

Do they work with ABS?

No. SuperATV lists these axles as not compatible with Anti-Lock Brake Systems (ABS).

Which OEM part numbers do they replace?

SuperATV lists front 1333263 and 1333946, and rear 1333081 and 1333947.

What warranty do they carry?

SuperATV backs Rhino 2.0 axles with an 18-month warranty, longer than the one-year norm SuperATV cites for the industry.
