The SuperATV Polaris Ranger XP 900 cab heater draws heat from the engine coolant lines to warm your cab like a car heater. It mounts under the dash between the seats, out of the way of the driver and passenger, with adjustable temperature and fan speeds and defrost vents to keep the windshield clear.

Choose a front heater, a second-row heater for the Ranger Crew XP 900, or both. Add a quick-start flow valve or idle flow pump for faster heat.

FAQ

How much heat does this Ranger XP 900 cab heater put out?

SuperATV rates the heater as capable of 14,600 BTU at 135 CFM. It draws heat from the engine coolant, like a car heater, so it keeps putting out hot air as long as the engine runs.

Does it defrost the windshield?

Yes. The kit includes defrost vents and hoses that route through the dash to keep the windshield clear of snow, ice and fog.

Which Ranger XP 900 models does it fit?

SuperATV lists Polaris Ranger XP 900: 2013-2019; Polaris Ranger XP 900 Crew: 2014-2019.

Is drilling required?

Yes. Installation requires drilling through plastic and the firewall, and SuperATV includes the bits you need.

What does the second-row heater add?

The second-row heater warms the back seat of the Ranger Crew XP 900 with its own adjustable temperature and fan speeds. Choose the Rear (2nd Row) package to add it to a front heater you already have, or Front and Rear (2nd Row) to get both.

Quick-start flow valve or idle flow pump: which one do I need?

The quick-start flow valve sends all engine coolant to the heater core at low engine temps and cuts warm-up time roughly in half, then opens on its own once the engine is warm. The idle flow pump actively circulates coolant so you get heat in about 30 seconds, even at idle or slow speeds. SuperATV recommends combining them for the fastest heat.
