The Rugged Radios Small Cable Strain Relief Grommet protects small cables where they enter a housing, reducing the bending and pulling that wears out wires over time. It measures 1/2 in long and 1/2 in wide with a 1/8 in hole.

Strain relief grommets are a small part that prevents a big failure. When a cable flexes at the same point thousands of times, the conductors can break inside the jacket and cause intermittent audio or a dead PTT.
