The oversized Mega housing is larger and stronger than any standard ball joint design, allowing for the thickest studs in the industry. Constructed from hardened 4340 chromoly steel with a tool steel housing, these RZR XP 1000 heavy-duty ball joints are engineered for extreme riding conditions.
Unlike OEM joints that rely on a snap ring, Keller Mega Ball Joints use a two-piece threaded design that presses in on one side and threads in on the other — similar to a nut and bolt. This design makes them virtually impossible to pull out under heavy load.
