In stock
The RPM Powersports Dual Sport is a full 3" stainless exhaust for the 2026+ CFMoto ZForce Z10 that adds about 20 HP over stock with no tune and sheds 21 lb, with an aggressive 97 dB sport tone, per RPM's in-house dyno and sound testing.
The factory Z10 exhaust is a bottleneck for the turbocharged engine. This cfmoto exhaust upgrade opens the full path from turbo to tip with mandrel-bent 3" tubing so the engine can breathe. RPM measured 174 HP against 154 HP stock on the stock tune, and ECU tuning unlocks more.
Pick the Standard 3" mid pipe for a crisp, aggressive note out of the box, or RPM's E-Valve mid pipe to switch between a refined tone for cruising and 103 dB open for the dunes and open trails. The E-Valve kit includes a complete plug-and-play harness and illuminated dash switch with no wire splicing; the Standard kit does not include a harness or switch.
Key Features
- About 20 HP gain (174 HP vs 154 HP stock) on stock ECU mapping, per RPM
- Full 3" mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for crush-free flow
- Internally and externally TIG-welded laser-cut flanges
- 21 lb lighter than stock with the Standard mid pipe; 17 lb lighter with the E-Valve mid pipe, per RPM
- Optional RPM E-Valve mid pipe for switch-activated sound control
- Deep, throaty tone tuned to avoid raspy cab drone
- Direct bolt-on to factory chassis mounts with no cutting or welding
Built To Solve: A Restrictive, Heavy Factory Exhaust on the CFMoto Z10
- A factory exhaust that chokes turbo flow and leaves power on the table
- A heavy stock system hanging off the rear of the machine
- A flat stock exhaust note on a performance side-by-side
- Wanting a loud setup for the dunes but a quieter mode around camp
Best For: CFMoto Z10 Owners Who Want 20 HP and a Sport Sound
- Z10 two-seat and Z10-4 owners after the biggest bolt-on gain short of a race pipe
- Dune and desert riders who want an aggressive exhaust note
- Riders who want switchable sound with the E-Valve option
- Want near-stock volume? Choose the RPM Z10 Chambered exhaust. Want the lightest, loudest system? Choose the RPM Z10 Race Pipe

Fitment
Fits the CFMoto ZForce Z10, all years, trim packages and sub-models, including the two-seat and Z10-4 four-seat, per RPM Powersports. RPM's fitment chart currently lists 2026 and 2027 models. If you run an ECU tune, it must be flashed specifically for this free-flowing exhaust; RPM recommends LaRue Performance and notes generic off-the-shelf tunes may not be compatible. Fitment is not guaranteed on applications not listed here; confirm your model before ordering.
FAQ
How loud is the RPM Dual Sport exhaust on the Z10?
RPM measured 97 dB at 4,000 RPM with the Standard mid pipe, against 87 dB stock. With the E-Valve mid pipe open it reaches 103 dB.
Will the Dual Sport cause cab drone?
RPM tuned the Dual Sport for a deep, throaty exhaust note without raspy cab drone.
Does it fit the 2027 CFMoto Z10-4?
Yes. RPM lists all years, trims and sub-models of the Z10, and its fitment chart includes 2026 and 2027 two-seat and four-seat models.
Is the E-Valve wiring included?
Only with the E-Valve option. That kit includes a plug-and-play wiring harness, illuminated dash switch and installation ties. The Standard kit has no harness or switch.
Do I need a tune to install it?
No. It is a direct bolt-on to factory chassis mounts. RPM recommends a LaRue Performance tune to optimize air-fuel ratios, and any tune must be flashed specifically for this exhaust.
Dual Sport or Race Pipe: which RPM Z10 exhaust should I buy?
Both make 174 HP on the stock tune per RPM. The Dual Sport is quieter at 97 dB and weighs 23 lb; the Race Pipe is louder at 103 dB and weighs 13 lb.
Why RPM Powersports
RPM Powersports tests its exhaust systems in-house and offers its E-Valve sound control across UTV platforms, now including the CFMoto Z10, built from mandrel-bent 304 stainless with TIG-welded flanges.
