In stock
The RPM Powersports silicone primary charge tube replaces the Polaris RZR Turbo's rubber-and-plastic factory tube, which is known to warp, melt and blow off under boost, with 4-ply heat- and burst-resistant silicone that holds 30% more air volume. Order it on its own or with the RPM BOV kit.
A rzr boost leak often starts at the stock primary charge tube once boost goes up or engine-bay heat climbs. This rzr turbo charge tube has a smooth interior with no restrictive seams, keeps every factory sensor port for plug-and-play fitment, and adds an auxiliary boost reference port for a gauge, manual boost controller or boost-activated accessory.
Stainless, silicone-safe T-bolt clamps are included for a leak-free seal. It works as a rzr xp turbo charge tube, rzr turbo s charge tube, rzr pro xp charge tube and rzr turbo r charge tube, making it a true polaris rzr charge tube upgrade. Choose the rzr charge tube bov option to add RPM's blow-off valve kit. Every rpm rzr charge tube is a 4-ply silicone charge tube, and the rzr silicone charge tube pairs well with RPM's Big Fatty intake tube.

FAQ
Why replace the stock RZR Turbo charge tube?
The factory rubber-and-plastic primary tube can warp, melt and blow off under elevated boost. The RPM tube uses 4-ply silicone that resists heat and bursting.
Will it fix a boost leak?
If the leak is at the primary charge tube, replacing it with this tube and the included T-bolt clamps removes that failure point.
Does it keep the factory sensors?
Yes. All factory sensor ports are retained for a plug-and-play fit.
What is the extra port for?
The auxiliary boost reference port lets you connect a boost gauge, manual boost controller or boost-activated accessory.
What does the BOV option add?
Choosing the BOV option adds the RPM blow-off valve kit to the order.
Which RZR models does it fit?
XP Turbo and XP 4 Turbo, Turbo S and Turbo S 4, Pro XP and Pro XP 4, Turbo R and Turbo R 4, and 2025-2026 Pro S and Pro S 4.
