The RPM Powersports mechanical blow off valve kit replaces the CFMoto Z10's stock electronic BOV with RPM's anodized billet V2 valve, referenced directly off the T-MAP sensor, to stop compressor surge and hold higher boost. It is a z10 bov conversion kit for machines that already run an RPM or other aftermarket charge tube with a standard 1" (25 mm) BOV port.

The kit includes RPM's electronic BOV bypass connector, which keeps the ECU from setting a check engine light or going into limp mode once the stock valve is removed. Extra springs let you tune valve pressure to your boost level, and spare O-rings make the valve rebuildable.

If you still run the factory charge pipe, you will need a charge tube with a 1" BOV port first. The RPM Z10 charge tube kits offer this cfmoto z10 bov upgrade as a bundled option.

This CFMoto Z10 blow off valve is the Z10 mechanical blow off valve RPM bundles with its Z10 charge tube kits, sold on its own for owners who already have a 25 mm port. RPM lists it for the CFMoto ZForce 1000 Turbo BOV application across all Z10 models, and the RPM BOV design shares its V2 internals with RPM's other UTV blow off valve kits.

Key Features

  • Direct T-MAP sensor boost reference for an immediate, accurate signal to open the valve on throttle lift
  • Anodized billet aluminum valve body built for high boost
  • Extra adjustment springs to tune spring pressure to your boost level
  • Replacement O-ring set for easy rebuilds
  • Plug-and-play CFMoto electronic BOV bypass connector to prevent fault codes and limp mode
  • Connects to any RPM 5-ply silicone or aftermarket charge tube with a 1" (25 mm) BOV port
  • Stops z10 compressor surge on sudden throttle lifts
  • RPM's signature "pssh" sound on deceleration

Built To Solve: CFMoto Z10 Electronic BOV Limits on Tuned, Higher-Boost Machines

  • Compressor surge and flutter when you lift off the throttle
  • Factory electronic BOV that cannot keep up with tuned boost levels
  • Check engine lights from unplugging the factory valve without a bypass
  • No adjustment to match valve pressure to boost
  • Owners who want an audible billet blow off valve

Best For: Tuned CFMoto Z10s Running Aftermarket Charge Tubes

  • Z10 owners with an RPM or other aftermarket charge tube that has a 1" (25 mm) BOV port
  • Tuned machines running more boost than the factory valve was designed for
  • Riders who want the blow-off sound
  • Owners who would rather keep the factory valve should choose the RPM Z10 OEM Electronic BOV Adapter Kit
  • Stock-pipe owners should start with an RPM Z10 charge tube kit that includes this valve

FAQ

What does a blow off valve do on the CFMoto Z10?

It releases trapped boost pressure when you lift off the throttle, which prevents compressor surge that stresses the turbo.

Will removing the stock electronic BOV set a check engine light?

Not with this kit. It includes RPM's CFMoto electronic BOV bypass connector, which plugs into the factory wiring to prevent fault codes and limp mode.

Will this fit my stock Z10 charge pipe?

No. It needs a charge tube with a standard 1" (25 mm) BOV port, such as the RPM Z10 silicone charge tube kits.

Can I adjust the valve for my boost level?

Yes. The kit ships with additional adjustment springs to tune spring pressure to your boost.

How is it installed?

The valve mounts to the 25 mm port on the charge tube, the billet T-MAP adapter provides the boost reference, and the bypass connector plugs into the factory BOV wiring.

Mechanical BOV or OEM BOV adapter — which should I get?

Choose the mechanical BOV for tuned, higher-boost machines and the blow-off sound. Choose the OEM adapter if you want to keep the factory electronic valve's computer-controlled operation.

Why RPM Powersports

RPM Powersports builds its own billet blow-off valves and silicone boost plumbing for turbo UTVs, so the Z10 valve, T-MAP adapter and charge tubes are designed to work together.

Pair This Z10 Blow Off Valve With the Right Charge Tube

Confirm your Z10 already has a charge tube with a 1" (25 mm) BOV port before ordering. If it does not, choose an RPM Z10 charge tube kit with the RPM Mechanical BOV option, which includes this valve.
