RPM Auxiliary Fuel Tank – RZR 4 Seat XPT/XP1000/Turbo S

Extend your ride time and eliminate fuel range anxiety with the RPM 4.5-Gallon Auxiliary Fuel Tank Kit for 4-seat Polaris RZR XP1000, XPT, and Turbo S models. This system is designed for easy installation without intrusive modifications, fuel line rerouting, or relocation of electrical components.

Engineered to sit securely in the floorboard, the tank is mounted using massive 4mm stainless steel brackets, offering both rigid support and quick removal when needed. It connects seamlessly into your OEM fuel fill neck and breather system, meaning no in-cab fuel smell and no venting issues.

Each tank includes a plug-and-play wiring harness with a momentary switch, which prevents accidental pump operation. The high-volume fuel pump delivers fuel at 1.25 gallons per minute, and the system supports single or dual-side installs, allowing for up to 9 gallons of additional capacity.

Best of all, RPM uses the OEM rollover check valve, ensuring no fuel leaks in the event of a tip-over—unlike other unsafe aftermarket designs.

Key Features:

  • 4.5-gallon capacity per side (single or dual setup)
  • 🧰 Includes pump, wiring harness, brackets, fuel line & fittings
  • 🌀 1.3 GPM high-volume fuel pump

For safety, no passenger should sit in a seat directly above the installed auxiliary tank.
