The AJK Offroad Polaris Xpedition front grill replaces the factory grill mesh with a three-layer 3D hexagon design that makes the front end stand out. It installs in the same location as the factory grill and arrives fully assembled.
Three pieces are CNC laser cut from 0.063-inch aluminum and powder coated in factory Polaris colors, with the outer and rear rings color matched around a black center layer. You cut the mesh off the factory grill and reuse its locking tabs; installation instructions are included and it takes about 30 minutes. Optional side grills are available.
