What's the difference between this and the standard RZR Packout mount?

The Pro XP, Turbo R, and Pro S have a different factory bed hole pattern than the XP 1000 and Turbo S. This mount is specifically designed for the Pro-generation mounting points. Using the wrong mount will result in a poor fit.

Should I add the small rear Packout mount?

The small rear mount adds a second Milwaukee Packout position at the rear of the main mount. It's a popular add-on for riders who want to run two Packout boxes — for example, a tool box up front and a larger storage box at the rear.

Do I need the mounting hardware kit?
