On a 2022+ Polaris RZR Pro R, rear toe is set at the OEM eccentric bolt, and that cam adjuster is the part you end up fighting every time the rear alignment needs to move. These are the 2022+ Polaris RZR Pro R Rear Toe Rods: 2 massive toe link radius rods with HUGE 3/4 JMX Rod ends that eliminate the OEM eccentric bolt and give you RH / LH Ends for easy, on-car adjustments.

This is a two-rod kit. It replaces the rear toe link and its eccentric adjuster only — your radius rods stay on the machine. The rods are Massive 1.25in 7075 Aircraft grade aluminum rods with Stainless Steel bearing spacers, and each one uses a 1 piece clevis CNC machined from 4340.

Built To Solve: OEM Eccentric Bolt Rear Toe Adjustment On The Polaris RZR Pro R

  • Rear toe that can only be moved at the OEM eccentric bolt. This kit eliminates the OEM eccentric bolt and puts the adjustment in the rod.
  • Alignment work that means loosening and re-setting a cam every time. RH / LH Ends give easy, on-car adjustments instead.
  • A seized or worn eccentric adjuster that will not hold a setting. Removing it removes that failure point.
  • A toe link that is the soft part of the rear end. These are Massive 1.25in 7075 Aircraft grade aluminum rods with a 1 piece clevis CNC machined from 4340.

Best For: 2022+ Polaris RZR Pro R Owners Who Set Their Own Rear Alignment

  • Pro R owners who want rear toe adjustable on the car rather than at the eccentric bolt
  • Owners re-aligning the rear after suspension work, a rebuild or a hard hit
  • Anyone who has already fought a seized OEM eccentric adjuster
  • Not a radius rod kit — if your radius rods are bent, or you want High Clearance geometry under the lower rod, this kit does not address that and a Pro R radius rod kit is the part you want
  • Polaris RZR Turbo R owners need the Turbo R rear toe rod part number, not this one

Fitment

Fits 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027 Polaris RZR Pro R models. LM UTV lists this part as 2022+ Polaris RZR Pro R Rear Toe Rods. Our store fitment data also covers the four-seat RZR Pro R 4. It is not the Turbo R kit, which carries its own part number. Confirm your model and model year before ordering. Fitment is not guaranteed on applications not listed here.

FAQ

What is the problem with the OEM eccentric bolt on a Pro R?

It is a cam adjuster, so rear toe is set by rotating a bolt rather than by changing a rod length. This kit eliminates the OEM eccentric bolt and moves the adjustment into the rod itself.

My rear toe keeps drifting after hard rides. Is this the fix?

If the drift is coming from a worn or slipping eccentric adjuster, then removing that adjuster addresses it directly. If it is coming from a bent radius rod or another worn rear-end component, sort that first — a toe rod will not correct a damaged rod.

Will these fit a RZR Turbo R or a Pro S?

No. LM UTV lists this part as 2022+ Polaris RZR Pro R Rear Toe Rods, and our store fitment data covers the Pro R and the four-seat Pro R 4. The Turbo R kit is a separate part number.

What is the clevis made from?

Each rod uses a 1 piece clevis CNC machined from 4340. The rods themselves are Massive 1.25in 7075 Aircraft grade aluminum rods with Stainless Steel bearing spacers.

What does installation involve?

The kit replaces the factory rear toe link and eliminates the OEM eccentric bolt, then toe is set at the rod using the RH / LH Ends. LM UTV does not publish torque specs or a step-by-step procedure with this kit, so follow your service manual for the rear suspension fasteners and get a rear alignment afterward.

How is this different from a radius rod kit?

A radius rod kit replaces the rods that locate the rear trailing arm and carry suspension load. This kit is two rear toe links only. They do different jobs and one does not substitute for the other.

Why LM UTV

LM UTV parts are Designed and Manufactured in-house, in the USA, and carry a lifetime warranty. The company targets specific OEM weak points and annoyances on Polaris and Can-Am machines — the rear eccentric toe adjuster being one of them — rather than covering every category thinly.

Dial Rear Toe On Your Polaris RZR Pro R With LM UTV Rear Toe Rods

Before ordering, confirm you are on a Pro R or Pro R 4 rather than a Turbo R, since those are different part numbers. Book a rear alignment for straight after the install, because the whole point of the kit is that toe becomes yours to set. If the radius rods on the same corner are bent or getting hit, deal with those in the same job — the Pro R radius rod kits, straight and High Clearance, are separate parts and neither is replaced by these toe rods.
