In stock

One of the weak points in the Polaris RZR is the stock front sway bar links, and this LM UTV pair replaces both of them in billet 6061 aluminum. Before you order, check your bolt size. These links ship in two versions: 10mm bolts for 2016+ RZR models, and 12mm bolts for the Turbo S, Velocity and Pro XP. The two are not interchangeable, so pick the size your machine actually uses.

Each set includes two links with bearings and spacers, running Chromolly PTFE lined spherical bearings and 17-4 Stainless misalignment spacers in place of the factory arrangement. It is a direct bolt-on and it is made in the USA with a lifetime warranty behind it.

Built To Solve: Broken Stock Front Sway Bar Links On The Polaris RZR

  • A link that snaps and leaves the front bar flopping. Once one end link is gone the sway bar stops doing its job and the front end rolls freely through corners.
  • Clunking over chop and through g-outs. Worn play in the link ends shows up as noise from the front of the machine long before anything actually breaks.
  • Sloppy body control that gets worse over a weekend. A link with slop in it lets the bar move before it loads, so roll stiffness arrives late and inconsistently.
  • Binding at full articulation. Misalignment spacers are what let the bearing swing with the suspension instead of loading the link sideways.
  • Replacing the same wear part every season. A billet link with a spherical bearing is meant to be a one-time swap rather than a recurring service item.

Best For: Polaris RZR Owners Running The OEM Front Sway Bar

  • 2016 and newer RZR owners who still have the factory front sway bar fitted
  • RZR XP 1000, XP 4 1000, XP Turbo and XP 4 Turbo owners on the 10mm bolt version
  • Turbo S, Turbo S Velocity, Pro XP and Pro XP 4 owners on the 12mm bolt version
  • Riders who have already broken or replaced a stock front link once and want it done with
  • Owners who want a front upgrade that reuses the factory mounting points — no cutting, no drilling
  • If you are shopping for rear sway bar links, this is the wrong part — go to LMU-SBL-01-03 for 10mm rear cars or LMU-SBL-01-04 for the 12mm Turbo S rear, in the sway bar links collection

Fitment

Fits all models of the Polaris RZR 2016 and newer with an OEM front sway bar. Two bolt sizes are offered and you must order the one that matches your machine: the 10mm bolt version covers 2016+ RZR models, and the 12mm bolt version covers the Turbo S, Velocity and Pro XP. If your front sway bar has been removed, there is nothing for these links to connect to. Measure or check your bolt size before ordering rather than guessing from the model name. Fitment is not guaranteed on applications not listed here.

FAQ

Do I need the 10mm or the 12mm version?

The 10mm bolt version is the one for 2016 and newer RZR models generally. The 12mm bolt version is for the Turbo S, Velocity and Pro XP. They are separate variants of this part and they are not interchangeable, so confirm your bolt size before you add to cart.

What comes in the box?

It includes 2 links with bearings and spacers — a complete matched pair for the front of the machine, with the Chromolly PTFE lined spherical bearings and 17-4 Stainless misalignment spacers already accounted for.

Will these work if I have removed my front sway bar?

No. LM UTV lists these as fitting RZR models that have an OEM front sway bar. The links connect the bar to the suspension, so if the bar is not on the machine there is nothing for them to attach to.

Do I have to cut, drill or weld anything to install them?

No. LM UTV lists this as a direct bolt-on. The links use the factory front sway bar mounting points.

What are these links actually made of?

They are constructed from Billet 6061 aluminum with Chromolly PTFE lined spherical bearings and 17-4 Stainless misalignment spacers.

Are these the rear sway bar links?

No, this part number is the front pair. LM UTV sells the rear links separately — LMU-SBL-01-03 for RZR models with 10mm rear bolts, and LMU-SBL-01-04 for the Turbo S with 12mm rear bolts.

Why LM UTV

LM UTV combines engineering and manufacturing knowledge with modern design to build UTV parts that fix broken or malfunctioning OEM components rather than dressing them up. Everything is designed and made in-house in the USA and carries a Lifetime Warranty. The company builds for Polaris and Can-Am across tie rods, radius rods and ball joints, with more makes, models and parts added regularly — which is why the front sway bar link is offered in two bolt sizes instead of one compromise part.

Confirm Your Bolt Size Before You Order These RZR Front Sway Bar Links

This is the last thing to settle before checkout: 10mm bolts for 2016+ RZR models, 12mm bolts for the Turbo S, Velocity and Pro XP. Once the front is sorted, the rear links are the matching job — LMU-SBL-01-03 covers 10mm rear cars and LMU-SBL-01-04 covers the 12mm Turbo S rear. If you are working through the front end anyway, tie rods and ball joints are the other OEM wear points worth handling in the same session.
