The Elektric Off Road Headache Rack uses the space behind the cab of the 2024+ Polaris Xpedition XP to carry gear vertically, freeing the bed for coolers, tents and bigger loads. MOLLE panels, a winch mount, lighting mounts, a RotopaX pattern and dual whip mounts are built in.
The rack is laser-cut steel with aluminum panels in textured black powder coat and satin black, over E-Coat primer. It follows the Xpedition body lines and bolts on with no major modifications.
It does not fit the Xpedition ADV5, which has an enclosed cargo area.
This Polaris Xpedition headache rack works as a Polaris Xpedition rear rack and Xpedition headache rack in one. It is the Polaris Xpedition XP headache rack and a Polaris Xpedition rack for Polaris Xpedition overland builds, with a Polaris Xpedition MOLLE panel, Polaris Xpedition chase light mounts and a Polaris Xpedition RotopaX mount, so it does more than a basic UTV headache rack.
