On a 2024 and newer Polaris Ranger XD 1500 NorthStar, the A/C lines, fittings and service ports are exposed to rocks, branches and debris. The DRT Motorsports Front A/C Line Protection Kit is a two-piece shield system that covers both the front frame area and the firewall routing locations where those critical A/C components sit.
Each shield is CNC laser-cut, formed and welded aerospace-grade aluminum in semi-gloss black powder coat, and installs with rubber-cushioned stainless worm gear clamps and OEM-style push pins with no cutting or drilling.
Among Polaris Ranger XD 1500 accessories, this kit is the Ranger XD 1500 A/C guard built for NorthStar A/C line protection. It is targeted Ranger XD 1500 protection rather than a full Ranger XD 1500 skid plate: an aluminum A/C line shield and UTV A/C line guard.
