FAQ
How do I know my RZR XP shock bearings are worn?
A clunk over bumps and visible side-to-side play when you pry on the shock eyelet with the weight off the suspension are the usual signs. Worn shock bearings also let the shock bind or twist.
What comes in the kit?
All Balls lists two bushings, two pivot Works components, two snap rings and one spherical bearing per kit. One kit rebuilds one shock eyelet.
Which models does it fit?
All Balls lists Polaris RZR RS1 (2018-2022); Polaris RZR XP 1000 (2014-2023); Polaris RZR XP (2024+) (2024-2026); Polaris RZR XP 4 1000 (2014-2023); Polaris RZR XP 4 (2024+) (2024-2026); Polaris RZR XP 4 900 (2012-2014); Polaris RZR XP 4 Turbo (2018); Polaris RZR XP 900 (2013); Polaris RZR XP S (2026); Polaris RZR XP S 4 (2026); and more, see the full fitment list below.
Which shock position does it fit?
All Balls lists this kit for the lower rear and upper rear shock positions on the machines it covers, including Walker Evans-equipped applications. The exact position varies by model, so check your machine's position in the fitment list and order one kit per shock eyelet you are rebuilding.
Is installation difficult?
The shock comes off the machine and the old bearing is pressed out of the eyelet and the new one pressed in and retained with the snap rings. A press or bearing tool and your service manual torque values are needed. All Balls does not publish an install sheet for this kit.
How many kits do I need?
Shock bearing assemblies are sold individually for the upper or lower position. Count the eyelets you are rebuilding and order one kit for each.
