FAQ
How do I know my axle boot is torn?
Grease slung around the wheel, a visible split in the boot, and later a clicking joint while turning are the usual signs. Replace the boot before dirt destroys the joint.
What comes in the kit?
All Balls lists one CV boot, two clamps and one grease.
Which models does it fit?
All Balls lists Polaris Ranger 2x4 500 (2005-2007); Polaris Ranger 4x4 500 (2005-2007); Polaris Ranger 4x4 500 EFI (2006); Polaris Ranger 4x4 700 (2006).
Is installation difficult?
The axle comes out and the joint is separated from the shaft so the new boot slides on. Clean and repack the joint with the supplied grease and fit both clamps. All Balls does not publish an install sheet for this part.
Will this fit a factory axle?
All Balls lists this boot kit as a replacement for its own 6 Ball axles on the listed machines. For a factory axle, use the matching All Balls CV boot kit for your position.

Confirm your exact year, model and position in the fitment list before ordering. Check the axle joint for play or clicking while it is apart; if the joint is worn, a complete axle is the better buy.
