FAQ
How do I know my CFMoto ball joints are worn?
A clunk over bumps, play when you rock a raised front wheel top to bottom, and uneven tire wear are the usual signs. A torn boot that has let in dirt is another warning sign.
What comes in the kit?
All Balls lists one ball joint per kit. Order one kit for each joint you are replacing.
Which CFMoto models does it fit?
All Balls lists CFMoto UForce 500, 600, 800, 1000, 1000 XL and U10 Pro models and ZForce 500, 600, 800, 950 and 1000 models (2010-2026), plus Yamaha Rhino 450, 660 and 700 (2004-2013). See the full year list below.
Is this an upper or lower ball joint?
All Balls lists this kit for both the upper and lower positions on most listed machines, and for the upper position only on some UForce and ZForce models. Confirm your position in the fitment list.
Is installation difficult?
Ball joints are pressed into the A-arm or knuckle, so you need a ball joint press and your service manual torque values. All Balls does not publish an install sheet for this kit; many owners have a shop press the joints.
What is the difference between this and the HP version?
This kit is the sealed, maintenance-free style with a POM-M90 cup. The HP version (42-1009-HP) is steel-on-steel with a grease zerk and an adjustable end cap that takes up wear, for riders who grease their machine and want a serviceable joint.
Why All Balls Racing
All Balls Racing specializes in replacement bearings, seals, steering and suspension rebuild parts for ATVs and UTVs, packaged by application so the right parts arrive for the job. Its kits are built as direct replacements for the factory parts they cover.
Complete Your CFMoto Front Suspension Rebuild
Order one kit per joint you are replacing and confirm the position for your exact model in the fitment list. While the arms are apart, check A-arm bushings, tie rod ends and boots so the front end comes back tight in one job.
