The Rugged Radios GMR5 Adventure Pack gives you two 5-watt GMRS and FRS handheld radios with long range antennas, XL high capacity batteries, USB charging cables and a storage bag. The GMR5 talks to all other GMRS handheld and mobile radios, so it is an easy way to keep a group connected on the trail, at camp or in a chase vehicle.
Each GMR5 has 22 GMRS channels, 8 repeater channels for extended range, weather alerts, a built-in FM radio, an integrated flashlight, an A/B channel switch, a backlit display and a removable antenna. The 2000mAh USB-C rechargeable battery charges on the go, and the 2-pin accessory port works with Rugged 2-pin headsets and audio accessories.
This gmrs radio bundle works as a GMRS radio handheld set for UTV riders, overlanders and families, and the Rugged GMR5 is compatible with Rugged G1, G2, G4, GMR45, GMR25, GMR2, GMR2 PLUS and GMR5-X radios. It also talks to Motorola, Midland and Uniden GMRS radios, and to FRS radios on channels 1-7 and 15-22.
