Demon Heavy Duty Axles are built using larger CV joints and shafts, paired with our proprietary dual heat treatment process, and 4340 Chromoly Steel inner CV cage gives these axles superior strength and durability.
TPEE boots are stronger, stiffer, more fatigue resistant, puncture resistant, and more temperature resistant than standard OEM boots, and molybdenum grease reduces friction for smooth, quiet operation. The double plunge design delivers 1.5" of plunge travel and 40° of articulation at the inboard joint, with 0.5" of travel and a 45°–47° swing range at the outboard joint.
