CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, these 1.0″ Polaris wheel spacers are designed for 12mm lug studs and a 4/156 bolt pattern. They provide the optimal extension to help prevent tire rub against suspension components or the frame during hard cornering, bumps, and rough terrain.

Installation is straightforward and bolt-on, even for riders without advanced mechanical experience. Because wheel spacers must always be installed evenly on both sides of the axle, this product is sold as a pair. Always follow manufacturer-recommended torque specs and re-torque wheels after removal.

⚠️ IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE

These 1.0″ wheel spacers may not fully extend past stock lug length.
They are compatible ONLY with wheels that have recessed lug holes providing at least 0.25″ of clearance between the lug holes.
