The Lone Star Racing +3.5″ MTS Suspension Kit for the Polaris RZR XP1000 is a race-proven long travel suspension system engineered for maximum performance, durability, and handling in aggressive off-road conditions. Designed for riders who demand more wheel travel, stability, and strength, this MTS kit delivers approximately 20 inches of suspension travel while significantly widening and lengthening the chassis for improved control at speed.

The front suspension features +3.5″ wider per side high-strength A-arms, paired with extended heavy-duty tie rods for improved steering geometry and durability. Out back, the kit includes +3.5″ wider per side high-clearance trailing arms, combined with a rear radius rod kit and Lone Star Racing radius rod plate to reinforce the chassis and eliminate weak factory mounting points.

Built entirely from certified 4130 chromoly steel and TIG welded for strength without unnecessary weight, this kit is designed to withstand desert racing, hard trail riding, and high-speed abuse. The wheelbase is extended 3 inches, improving stability, straight-line tracking, and overall handling.

This suspension kit is compatible with stock shocks, though Lone Star Racing strongly recommends upgraded springs or aftermarket shocks to fully unlock the system’s performance potential.
