The Lone Star Racing +3.5” MTS Suspension Kit for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo is a race-proven, long-travel suspension system designed to dramatically improve strength, wheel travel, and handling in extreme off-road conditions. Built from certified 4130 chromoly steel and fully TIG welded, this kit delivers unmatched durability for aggressive trail riding, desert racing, and high-speed applications.

This MTS kit widens the vehicle +3.5” per side front and rear and extends the wheelbase by 3”, providing increased stability, improved handling, and superior suspension geometry. The front features high-clearance A-arms paired with extended heavy-duty tie rods, while the rear utilizes high-clearance trailing arms and a complete radius rod kit with an LSR radius rod plate for added chassis strength.

With approximately 20 inches of suspension travel, this kit significantly outperforms stock suspension. While it is compatible with stock shocks, Lone Star Racing strongly recommends upgrading to an aftermarket spring kit or aftermarket shocks to unlock the full performance potential of the system.
