RZR 570 MTS Suspension Kit
The Lone Star Racing MTS Suspension Kit for the Polaris RZR 570 is engineered to dramatically improve strength, stability, and off-road capability while maintaining excellent handling characteristics. Designed specifically for both RZR 570 Trail models and 2017 RZR 570 S models, this kit delivers a true performance upgrade with race-proven durability.
For Trail models, the suspension is widened +2.5” per side front and rear, increasing stability and allowing the vehicle to handle rough terrain with confidence. For 2017 RZR 570 S models, the kit matches stock width, making it a perfect heavy-duty replacement without altering factory stance.
Each kit includes heavy-duty front and rear A-arms along with reinforced tie rods, ensuring maximum strength and reliability. Trail model kits include extended brake lines and axle shafts, while S model kits reuse OEM components for a straightforward bolt-on installation.
Due to differences in factory sway bar configurations between Trail and S models, Lone Star Racing incorporates sway bar mounting tabs on the lower A-arms, allowing compatibility with Trail model sway bars or aftermarket sway bar setups. Caster spacers are also included to allow proper alignment and fine-tuning of front-end handling.
