RZR Pro R/Turbo R Billet Tie Rod by ZBroz Racing
Eliminate the most common steering failure on the Polaris RZR Pro R and Turbo R with the ZBroz Billet Tie Rod. Factory tie rods are the first thing to bend on a hard hit — a rock strike, a missed line, or a big landing can pretzel a stock rod and end your ride day. The ZBroz CNC-machined billet tie rod replaces that weak link with race-proven hardware that survives the abuse Pro-platform RZRs invite.
Whether you're racing, jumping, or just running aggressive trails harder than Polaris designed for, this is the tie rod upgrade that ends the bent-rod failure mode for good. Direct OEM replacement — no machining, no modifications, no compromises.

FAQ
Will this fit my XP 1000 or Pro XP?
No — this tie rod is engineered specifically for the Pro R, Turbo R, and Pro S platform. Earlier RZR platforms use different steering geometry. ZBroz makes platform-specific tie rods for other RZR families.
Is this a single tie rod or a set?
Each unit is a single tie rod. Most Pro R/Turbo R applications need two tie rods (one per side) — verify your needs and order accordingly.
Why does the factory tie rod fail?
Factory tie rods are tubular steel designed for cost and weight — not for absorbing rock strikes or hard landings on the Pro-platform's long-travel suspension. The first hard hit at the wrong angle bends them, throwing alignment off and risking complete failure.
Will I need an alignment after installing?
Yes — plan to set toe alignment after install. The adjustable length makes proper alignment straightforward with basic alignment tools or a trip to your local shop.
Is installation DIY-friendly?
Yes — plan 30-60 minutes per side with hand tools. Detailed instructions are included. No special tools required beyond standard sockets and wrenches.
Why ZBroz
ZBroz's racing program runs the Pro-platform RZRs in real desert competition where factory tie rods fail consistently. The billet design reflects what works on race trucks — same CNC-machined construction, same hardened heim joints, available as a direct OEM replacement.
