Will this fit my XP 1000 or Pro XP?

No — this tie rod is engineered specifically for the Pro R, Turbo R, and Pro S platform. Earlier RZR platforms use different steering geometry. ZBroz makes platform-specific tie rods for other RZR families.

Is this a single tie rod or a set?

Each unit is a single tie rod. Most Pro R/Turbo R applications need two tie rods (one per side) — verify your needs and order accordingly.
