RZR XP 1000 & RS1 Limit Straps by ZBroz Racing

Protect your Polaris RZR XP 1000 or RS1's CV joints, axles, and suspension components from over-extension damage with the ZBroz Limit Strap Kit. Engineered for the shared XP-platform chassis used across the XP 1000 lineup and the single-seat RS1, these heavy-duty straps cap shock droop where it matters — preventing the driveline failures that happen when wheels hang into the air.

Whether you're trail riding, racing the RS1 class, or running XP Turbo on rough desert, factory droop control alone isn't enough to protect the high-strength driveline components. The ZBroz limit strap kit adds bolt-on, race-proven protection at a fraction of the cost of replacing torn boots or snapped axles.

FAQ

Will one kit really fit both the XP 1000 and the RS1?

Yes. The XP 1000 lineup and the RS1 share the same suspension geometry and chassis mount points. The strap dimensions and hardware are identical across all five models.

Do I really need limit straps on my XP?

If you ever leave the ground — jumps, whoops, washboard, hard cornering with wheel lift — yes. Without limit straps, suspension over-extension can torque CV joints past their angle limits, tear boots, and snap axles. They're cheap insurance against expensive driveline repairs.

Will they fit the Pro XP or Turbo S?

No. The Pro XP and Turbo S use different chassis architectures than the XP 1000 platform. Contact Dunes 2 Dezert SXS for those vehicle-specific options.

Are they compatible with long-travel kits?

The kit uses factory mounting points. Most aftermarket A-arms and standard trailing arms work fine. If you're running a full long-travel kit with modified geometry, verify clearance before installing.

Is installation DIY-friendly?

Yes — typical install is 30-45 minutes with basic hand tools. Mounting points are stock locations; the kit includes all hardware. No drilling or fabrication required.

Why ZBroz

ZBroz's professional racing program runs limit straps in real desert competition before bringing them to market. Every strap in this kit is built from the same military-grade webbing and billet hardware used on their race trucks — engineered for the abuse that ends ride days for less-protected machines.
