Constructed from USA-sourced 6061 and 7075 aluminum, each shock body is precision machined to aircraft-grade tolerances and finished with a salt bath nitride coating for superior wear resistance and corrosion protection. Internally, 7075 hard-anodized pistons, Hyperco barrel springs, and high-viscosity, high-thermal-stability oil ensure consistent damping performance even under extreme heat and continuous abuse.
