Polaris RZR XP 1000 / Turbo Long Travel Kit
This Polaris RZR XP 1000 and XP Turbo long travel kit is designed to transform your 64” RZR XP into a wider, more stable off-road machine. Built for 2014–2023 RZR XP 1000 and XP Turbo models, this kit increases stance width and improves suspension performance for aggressive trail riding, desert runs, and high-speed terrain.
Constructed from domestic DOM tubing (1.5 x .120 wall and 1.25 x .120 wall) along with HRPO .250 sheet steel and 1.5 x 3-3/16 heavy-duty tubing, this long travel system is engineered for serious durability. The kit installs with no drilling required, making it a clean upgrade for riders ready to step up to a true suspension overhaul.
This kit includes forward A-arms only, designed to widen the front track while maintaining proper geometry. Upper A-arms are adjustable for alignment control and use stock-size ball joints only (not compatible with mega ball joints).

Everything needed except axles is included.
Axle & Differential Requirements (Important)
- Requires Turbo S axles
- Non-Turbo machines will need the front differential changed to accept Turbo axles
- If you are not running an RS1 differential, you must space the differential 1/8" to prevent axles from contacting the frame
Bushing & Fitment Notes
- Designed to use 2017+ model bushings
- 2014–2016 models will require purchasing updated bushings
Powder Coat Notes
- Only steel components (A-arms and trailing arms) will be powder coated
- Aluminum components come raw billet finish
- Powder coating radius rods is available as an additional upgrade
