RZR 200 MTS Suspension Kit
The Lone Star Racing MTS Suspension Kit for the Polaris RZR 200 is the ultimate upgrade for riders looking to improve stability, handling, and durability without changing shock length. Designed to widen the stance and fine-tune suspension geometry, this kit increases track width by +2 inches per side front and rear while also extending the wheelbase 3/8” in the front and 3/8” in the rear.
The front A-arms feature camber and caster adjustability and come with factory ball joints pre-installed, making setup straightforward while allowing precise alignment tuning. In the rear, the fully adjustable radius rods improve strength and alignment control under aggressive riding.
This complete MTS suspension system includes everything needed for a bolt-on upgrade, including A-arms, trailing arms, radius rods, brake lines, and tie rod extenders. For riders pushing their RZR 200 even harder, an optional upgrade to 300M extended axle shafts is available for maximum drivetrain durability.
