Pro R Front Shock Clevis
The ZRP Polaris RZR Pro-R Stock Replacement Front Shock Clevis is a race-proven upgrade designed to eliminate one of the most common failure points on Pro R and Turbo R suspension systems. Factory clevis designs leave the shock shaft vulnerable under extreme load, especially in high-speed desert, racing, and aggressive trail applications.
ZRP engineered this clevis from high-strength 7075 billet aluminum, offering 12mm of additional shock shaft encapsulation to significantly reduce the risk of shaft or clevis failure. Unlike many aftermarket options that limit suspension travel, the ZRP design integrates seamlessly with the stock spring retainer cup, allowing the clevis to sit flush with the bottom of the retainer. This creates a smooth, flat surface for the bump stop while preserving maximum suspension travel.
