MTS Off-Road High Volume Reservoir Caps for Fox 2.5 Shocks

Upgrade your suspension serviceability and performance with the MTS Off-Road High Volume Reservoir Caps for Fox 2.5 Shocks. Designed specifically for Fox 2.5” reservoirs, these caps allow for easy nitrogen servicing and higher pressure capacity compared to standard OEM pellet-style caps.

Factory pellet caps limit nitrogen pressure to approximately 200 PSI. These MTS high volume reservoir caps allow up to 300 PSI, providing additional cavitation resistance and improved bottom-out control — especially important for heavier UTV builds and aggressive riders.

With an integrated Schrader valve, nitrogen checks and refills are faster and easier. Shocks typically lose around 30 PSI every six months, and dropping below 150 PSI can cause cavitation, excess heat, premature wear, and reduced handling performance. These Fox 2.5 nitrogen reservoir caps make routine maintenance simple and effective.

Fits Fox 2.5” reservoirs only.
Does NOT work with Walker Evans reservoirs.

FAQs

What shocks do these fit?

These caps are designed for Fox 2.5” reservoir shocks only.

Do these work with Walker Evans shocks?

No. These reservoir caps are NOT compatible with Walker Evans reservoirs.

Why run higher nitrogen pressure?

Higher PSI helps prevent cavitation, reduces heat buildup, and improves bottom-out resistance.

How often should nitrogen be checked?

Nitrogen should be checked at least twice per season, as shocks can lose approximately 30 PSI every six months.

How much PSI can these handle?

These caps allow up to 300 PSI of nitrogen.
