The 7075 Maverick R Billet High Clearance Complete Radius Rod Kit (6) is the ultimate rear suspension upgrade for drivers who demand strength, precision, and race-proven durability—without cutting or modifying the chassis.
Designed, tested, and manufactured in-house by ZRP in Nibley, Utah, this complete radius rod system is engineered specifically for 2-seat Polaris Maverick R models. Every component is precision CNC-machined from aircraft-grade 7075 aluminum, delivering exceptional strength while maintaining optimal weight for performance applications.
This kit features double shear toe link brackets using 17-4 heat-treated stainless steel tapered pins, dramatically increasing strength at one of the Maverick R’s most critical suspension points. To maintain proper clearance, ZRP includes 6061 billet sway bar mounts with Nylatron bushings and grease zerks, repositioning the sway bar upward to eliminate interference with the radius rods.
All ZRP radius rods are preset to factory length, making installation straightforward while maintaining proper suspension geometry. Whether you’re racing, trail riding, or pushing your Maverick R at full send, this system is built to take abuse and keep your alignment locked in.
