The 7075 X3 Capped Double Shear Rear Knuckle is the ultimate solution to the well-known Can-Am Maverick X3 middle radius rod and rear knuckle failure problem. Designed, tested, and race-proven, this billet knuckle eliminates weak factory pivots and transforms the middle radius rod into a true double shear mounting point.

Manufactured from USA-made 7075-T6 aluminum, this rear knuckle dramatically increases strength in all critical load paths while eliminating stress risers found in OEM components. Combined with an ARP bolt, capped design, and reinforced cross-sections, this knuckle is nearly 5x stronger than stock, handling over 72,000 lbs of force.

⚙️ Installation Notes

  • Threaded cap must be torqued to 200 ft-lbs
  • Anti-seize is required on cap threads at all times
  • Use supplied cap tool for proper installation

  • Confirmed Fitment:
    • HCR trailing arms
    • Brand-new stock Can-Am X3 trailing arms
  • Important:
    • Stock trailing arms are known to bend
    • If stock arms contact this knuckle, your trailing arms are bent
  • Anti-Rotation Block Notice:
    • Designed for racing applications
    • Will NOT clear stock trailing arms
    • Not required for recreational use
    • Trimming may be required if used on stock arms
