FOX 2.5 Podium RC2 Rear Shocks for Polaris RZR XP 4
Product Description
The FOX 2.5 Podium RC2 rear shocks for Polaris RZR XP 4 deliver race-proven suspension performance designed to improve handling, traction, and durability for aggressive off-road driving. Built on FOX’s legendary 2.5-inch race shock platform, these Performance Elite Series shocks are engineered to make the RZR XP 4 more stable, more responsive, and more capable across rough terrain.
FOX engineers focused heavily on bottom-out control while maintaining ride comfort. These shocks use a true dual-stage spring system with adjustable crossover rings, allowing the suspension to remain soft during the early portion of travel for improved comfort and traction, while the second stage provides additional support deeper in the stroke to absorb larger impacts and harsh landings.
To further improve impact resistance, FOX incorporated a bottom-out cup system that engages a secondary piston during the final portion of suspension travel. This dramatically increases compression damping during the last 25% of travel to prevent harsh bottom-outs when landing jumps or blasting through whoops.
Handling performance was also improved with a refined shock tune that reduces body roll and increases stability through sweeping corners and rapid direction changes. The result is a more planted feel and increased driver confidence at speed.
The RC2 piggyback reservoir adjusters provide wide-range high-speed and low-speed compression tuning, allowing drivers to adjust the suspension based on terrain conditions and vehicle load distribution. Combined with wide-range rebound adjustment, these shocks provide precise control over tire contact and traction across rough terrain.
Built for durability, these shocks feature Kashima-coated aluminum bodies, 7/8-inch hard-chromed shafts, and corrosion-resistant components designed to perform in harsh off-road environments. FOX shocks are also fully rebuildable and re-valvable, allowing long-term serviceability and custom suspension tuning.
