The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite rear shocks for Polaris General 4 and RZR S4 models deliver race-inspired suspension performance with advanced adjustability and exceptional durability. FOX Performance Elite shocks feature Dual-Speed Compression (DSC) adjustment, allowing riders to independently tune both high-speed and low-speed compression damping. This enables precise suspension tuning based on terrain conditions, vehicle load, and riding style.
The 2.5-inch aluminum shock bodies increase oil capacity while improving heat dissipation, helping maintain consistent damping performance during aggressive riding. FOX’s race-developed high-flow damping pistons deliver improved small bump compliance while maintaining strong bottom-out resistance during large impacts.
A piggyback reservoir increases oil capacity and houses an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) that separates nitrogen gas from the shock oil. This prevents aeration and maintains consistent damping performance during extended off-road use.
