RZR XP900 +3″ MTS Suspension Kit

The Lone Star Racing Polaris RZR XP900 +3″ MTS Suspension Kit is a race-proven long travel suspension system designed to dramatically improve handling, wheel travel, and durability without compromising reliability. Built from 4130 chromoly steel, this kit delivers the strength needed for aggressive trail riding, desert runs, and high-speed abuse.

The front suspension features +3″ wider A-arms per side with +1″ of forward placement, allowing up to 16.75″ of front wheel travel while improving approach angle and stability at speed. The added forward offset also helps center larger tires within the wheel well for better clearance.

In the rear, this kit retains the stock trailing arms while adding +2 3/8″ of width per side, delivering up to 16 3/8″ of rear wheel travel. For riders looking to further strengthen the rear suspension, Lone Star Racing stock replacement trailing arms are available as an optional upgrade.
