The ZRP Polaris RZR Pro-R / Turbo-R Toe Link Set is engineered to eliminate one of the weakest points in the factory rear suspension—the OEM cam-bolt toe adjustment system. Designed, tested, and manufactured in-house by ZRP, these toe links deliver unmatched strength, precision adjustment, and race-proven reliability.
Built from 1.25” diameter, .120 wall 4130 chromoly tubing, these links are precision machined and TIG welded to withstand extreme off-road abuse. ZRP replaces the failure-prone factory cam bolts with a barrel and drum style toe adjustment system, allowing extremely precise toe changes while the links remain installed on the vehicle. Once tightened, the adjustment is mechanically locked into position—no slipping, no movement, no re-alignment after hard use.
Premium FK JMX-T series heims and uniballs are used throughout, paired with in-house machined 416 stainless steel misalignment spacers for maximum strength, longevity, and corrosion resistance.
