Pro R Rear Knuckle Set
The ZRP RZR Pro R / Turbo R Rear Knuckle Set is a race-engineered suspension upgrade designed to eliminate the instability and alignment deflection caused by the factory cast rear knuckles. As the Polaris Pro R platform continues to push SXS racing to new limits, the OEM rear knuckle simply cannot keep up with the vehicle’s size, weight, and race-pace speeds.
Factory rear knuckles rely on cast construction and rubber-stabilized radial joints that flex under load. This flex causes unwanted alignment changes throughout suspension travel, leading to unpredictable handling and rear-end instability at speed. ZRP solves this issue with precision CNC-machined 7075 billet aluminum rear knuckles paired with massive FK uniball bearings, delivering unmatched rigidity and consistent alignment.
By replacing rubber joints with 7/8″ and 1″ FK uniballs, these rear knuckles lock your suspension geometry exactly where you set it. The result is a more planted rear end, predictable handling, and the confidence to stay on the throttle when it matters most.
